Entry 1: The Project

Hey guys, this is Nick. I'm workin' on a school blog, about our carbon footprint. What is a carbon footprint, you ask? Good question. Your carbon footprint is how much carbon dioxide you release into the air. Electricity, trash, all that stuff you use makes carbon dioxide, which contributes to global warming. I'm not telling you what that means, so go look it up. I'll wait.http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/global+warming

That's right. Temperature rises, animals die in climate change, and in a couple million years, we all burn up. You probably don't care, cause you'll be long dead, but it'll kill your great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandkids, etc. etc.!

Your schools could be contributing to it. Just a walk around ole' Rapid Run proves it. Ignore the cruddy webcam quality. These are just the lights in language arts, one room of many. If that's surprising, you should see the gym! These are some of the problems we need to address, and soon! In fact, we've already started!
